SJUSJØEN FRITID HAS CHANGED
Sjusjøen Fritid was primarily established to provide different activities in Sjusjøen. After a while a small shop was added to cover the basic needs of the customers.
Throughout the years it has been proven that the customers require a wider range of products than a shop without chain association can provide, especially in the long in-between seasons without much customers.
It has been challenging for me to run both the shop and the popular outdoor activities. So I came to a conclusion that it was time to choose between expanding the shop or the activities.
I have chosen to run Sjusjøen Fritid in the same building as now, and from there I will keep on offering all our activities as you will find them presented on this website.
The shop part as well as renting out ski’s, pulk’s etc. has been sold to
Sport 1 Lillehammer.
They will in the beginning keep on in the same building we have today. From February 2010 they will move across the road, next to Kiwi.
This will give Sjusjøen a solid sport shop with a wide selection of sporting equipment and clothing to competitive prices. Sport1 will provide more information when this is available. See also www.sport1lillehammer.no
I hope that my decision to leave the shop to Sport1 so that I can concentrate on the outdoor activities, will be in the best interest of Sjusjøen and give the visitors an even better experience in our fantastic mountain.
I welcome old and new customers to activities at Sjusjøen Fritid and to the Sport1 shop.
